Tu naa life and family ko lekar bahut stress leti hai isliye tabiyat tera br br kharab ho rha hai... Apne man ki baato ko ghr walo k sath share kiya kr.. stress ka main reason to yhi hota hai ki insaan under hi under o sb tension leta hai..
Khana pina thik se kr.. time to time.. fasting wala dhanda chhor de.. kya matlab esi fasting ka jisse insan br br suffer kre. Exercise v bnd kr de.. total body rest
